HOT DEEP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEETS

Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rust. The most common method of hot dip galvanizing is immersion in a molten zinc bath. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is required without the cost of stainless steel and is considered superior in terms of cost and life cycle. Galvanized steel can be used in any climate and can last up to 50 years.

Typical Uses for Galvanized Steel:

Automotive parts, solar energy mounting systems, air conditioning equipment, HVAC ductwork, commercial and residential steel framing, building panels, electronic equipment, garbage cans, guide rails, heating equipment, garage doors, home appliances, washing machines and dryers, lighting fixtures, rain gutters and downspouts, any other products requiring a corrosion-resistant material.

Formability:

Lends itself to most fabrication processes; it can be roll-formed, brake-formed, lock-seamed, deep drawn, and stretched. It can be joined by various methods including adhesive bonding, riveting, soldering and welding.
